Summer Swimming

We decided to spend one of these hot summer days at the pool! All ready to go..

Luckily Grandpa Punchy was there to help us hold all the kids.

4th of July

We headed to Sumpter, OR to celebrate the 4th with Nate's family. Aunt Cynthia has a home in Sumpter which is just about half way for the "valley" family and us to meet. We normally end up going on holidays because that is when a flea market (I refer to it as a junk market) comes into town. We don't go for the shopping, we go to visit family and that is what we did. Grandma Willard was supposed to come also but she cancelled at the last minute. Kathy (Nana) was still able to come, Aunt Alice and Aunt Caroline. Aunt Cynthia didn't make it until Sunday because Misti Rose (her dog) was very sick. Luckily she got feeling better and we were able to spend a few days with her. Of course, no one wanted to see Nate or I...I think we could've just dropped Carter off and left and no one would have noticed. :-)

It was Carters first road trip and he was a trooper. There were a few times that he got a little mad, but overall he did great. It was also his first time staying in a hotel..in the exciting town of Twin Falls, Idaho.

Zoe went with us also..she was a good dog and liked the trip. She was really concerned about this other dog in our hotel room though. She wouldn't stop whining and staring. Pretty funny.

We stopped in Boise and had lunch

Oh yeah and it was my Birthday (big 33) it was uneventful...
